Shipping

NestU currently accepts orders for eligible United States delivery addresses. Available shipping options and the final price are shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free where offered.

Processing and delivery

For our CJ-fulfilled products, processing normally takes 1–3 business days; please allow up to 5 business days before dispatch. Estimated transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, customs checks, and remote delivery addresses may affect timing.

Products may ship from overseas fulfillment partners, including China. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers. We send tracking when it becomes available; the carrier may take time to register the first scan.

Order changes and delays

Check your delivery address and selected product options before paying. Email michael@goastropro.com immediately for a cancellation or address change. We will help if fulfillment can still be stopped, but changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing window, we will notify you and offer an updated timeline and cancellation/refund options as required by law. If your parcel exceeds the delivery estimate or tracking stops, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. You do not need to contact our suppliers yourself.
